Costs and promotional offer

Costs incurred by the students for the 15th edition of the Program (September 2009 - June 2011) amount to USD 12 900 and PLN 38 000. Fees may be paid in installments; the amount to be paid in installments is USD 12 900 and 39 500.

The schedule of payments is as follows:

Fees include the cost of the integration session, the international residency session at the University of Minnesota (including flight tickets and hotel acomodation in Minneapolis), textbooks and educational materials, and the tuition costs. Fees do not cover additional costs of courses, purchase of a gown, costs of transcription of marks from the University of Minnesota, meals, SEVIS fee and student visa fee.

The payment should be made in PLN in the amount resulting from the translation of the amount denominated in USD. Both for the first installment and for the payment of the whole amount, the mid NBP rate of 10 July 2009 will be applied.

The fee for the qualification proceedings is PLN 1500.

NOTE
Invoices for the fees will be issued at the interested party's written request. (The Fundation is a VAT payer, but is VAT exempt.) No separate invoices will be issued for any books purchased.

Promotional offer

WEMBA Program candidates recommended by WEMBA students or alumni may receive a 2% fee discount. The discount may be received when a written recommendation is submitted to the Program Office signed by a WEMBA alumnus/student. The recommendation must be submitted by June 10, 2009.

Candidates who will apply by 31 December 2008 may also receive a 2% fee discount. The discount will be granted if a full set of application documents (including confirmation of having paid in the fee for the qualification procedure) is submitted to the WEMBA Office by the date stated above.
