Zajęcia w programie prowadzone są przez wykładowców Szkoły Głównej Handlowej oraz University of Minnesota. Każdy polski profesor ma amerykańskiego partnera, z którym współpracuje przy tworzeniu programu kursu i wyborze metod nauczania.
